§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Seniorenfreundlich.de ([Company name]) and companies acquiring the Seniorenfreundlich seal.

§ 2 Subject Matter

Seniorenfreundlich.de grants, for a one-time fee, the "Seniorenfreundlich Seal" as a digital certificate (Open Badge). The seal entitles the holder to use the associated mark in their own communications for the duration of the active seal.

§ 3 Contract Formation and Payment

The contract is formed upon completion of the ordering process on the platform and successful payment. Payment is made once through the payment service provider Mollie B.V.

§ 4 Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. For more details, see the Cancellation Policy.

§ 5 Liability
